Shuyang Peng is an associate professor in the School of Public Affairs at the University of Colorado Denver. Dr. Peng’s interests are in the areas of public and nonprofit management, with an emphasis on employee attitudes, leadership, organizational performance, public-nonprofit collaboration, and sectoral differences. More specifically, her research examines how public and nonprofit organizations can effectively lead employees, manage internal resources, and collaborate externally to deliver high-quality services. She has published articles in top-tier journals in public administration and nonprofit management. Dr. Peng serves as the principal investigator for the Colorado Nonprofit Research Panel (CONOREP). She is also a fellow at the Center for Organizational Research and Design at Arizona State University.
