Shuyang Peng is an associate professor and Interim Program Director for the Master of Public Administration in the School of Public Affairs at The University of Colorado Denver. Dr. Peng’s interests are in the areas of public and nonprofit management, with an emphasis on employee attitudes and behaviors, organizational resources and performance, social enterprise, and public-nonprofit collaboration. More specifically, her research looks at how public and nonprofit organizations can effectively lead employees, manage internal resources, and collaborate externally to provide quality services. She has published articles in top tier public administration and nonprofit management journals. Prior to joining CU Denver, she was an assistant professor at the School of Public Administration at the University of New Mexico. She is a fellow at the Center for Organizational Research and Design at Arizona State University.
