Bio

Dr. Propheter’s research touches on three areas of state and local government affairs: property tax policy and administration, land and economic development, and sports facility economics. His research appears in public policy, public administration, and economic journals. Dr. Propheter teaches courses in economics, public finance, and quantitative methods.
