Bio
Nicole Stoodley (she/her) serves as the School of Public Affairs’ Academic Services Program Manager. Her work includes supporting the school’s six Program Directors with reporting, scheduling, and program quality control. She also serves as the graduate advisor for students in the Accelerated and Executive MPA programs. She has been in the school since August of 2024.
Nicole is a proud first-generation college student and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Southern Illinois University—Carbondale. She was a middle and high school science teacher before earning her master’s degree in Higher Education from the same institution. She has professional higher education experience with first-year student success programs, financial literacy, scholarship coordination, and instructional coaching for faculty and lecturers. Her passion is for transformative, mobilizing, and equitable education that meets the holistic and unique needs of each student. In her free time, Nicole enjoys reading about the natural sciences, quilting, and camping.
