Dr. Teresa Penbrooke, CPRE has 30+ years of public agency and business management, teaching, and research. She leads the Healthy Communities Research Group for GP RED (www.gpred.org), has been the CEO/Founder of GreenPlay, LLC since 1999 (www.greenplayllc.com), and is co-Director of the CU Denver PREPP Online Learning Program. Teresa teaches for associations and universities, writes curricula, books, and articles, conducts research, and consults on planning, preventive health, access to nature, and community engagement.
