Stephanie DiBetitto

Stephanie DiBetitto joined the School of Public Affairs in 2021 as a part-time lecturer, instructing Principles of Emergency Management online. Full-time, Stephanie is an Emergency Management Specialist with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in the Region 8 office based out of Denver. She specializes in floodplain management and community resilience within FEMA’s Mitigation Division. Prior to working for FEMA, Stephanie served as the Floodplain Manager for the State of Colorado at the Department of Natural Resource’s Colorado Water Conservation Board. Outside of her professional affairs, Stephanie volunteers with the Colorado Riparian Association where she has served as the Board Treasurer since 2017. She completed the MPA program in the School of Public Affairs at CU Denver in 2017 in the Environmental Policy, Management, and Law concentration.
