Ose Agho

Ose Agho is a third-year PhD student at the School of Public Affairs. Prior to enrolling in SPA’s PhD program, Ose worked as a Consultant in workforce development and also as a Program Fundraising Manager at The United Way of Central Indiana. Her research centers on how perceptions of race and inequality impacts organizational development and strategies. She previously attended Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), where she received both a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business and an Master's of Public Affairs from the O’Neil School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
