William (Bill) Rusche is employed as a Senior Special Agent with Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Office of Professional Responsibility in New Orleans, Louisiana. With over 15 years of investigative experience with ICE, Bill has investigated and secured convictions on white collar and various other crimes. Based on his knowledge and experience, he has been chosen to participate with other federal, state and local law enforcement officers and agents in various task force assignments, such as with the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force. Bill is a veteran of the US Air Force and served during the Gulf War and participated in other operations and conflicts. He received his BA in Criminal Justice from Thomas Edison State University and his MS in Criminal Justice Leadership and Management from Sam Houston State University.
