Jamie Pratt is a scholar-practitioner whose work focuses on conflict resolution, restorative justice, peacebuilding, and student development. Jamie currently serves as Adjunct Faculty at Olympic College and recently taught in the Peace, Conflict, and Security Program at the University of Colorado Boulder. Previous professional experience includes leadership roles in Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution at the University of Colorado Boulder and student success initiatives at Northeastern University, where responsibilities centered on restorative practices, mediation, conflict coaching, and student support.

Jamie holds a Master of Arts in Peace and Justice from the University of San Diego and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Affairs at the University of Colorado Denver. Jamie's teaching combines research, facilitation, and applied conflict resolution to help students explore public policy, governance, restorative justice, and collaborative problem solving in complex organizations and communities.
