I am a dedicated public servant with almost a decade overseeing alternative criminal justice programming.I have served my community for over eight years of experience in criminal justice with a focus on youth programs, adult programs, including roles as a Juvenile Probation Officer for the 2nd Judicial District, Juvenile Parole Officer for the Division of Youth Services, Diversion Director for the 8th JD District Attorney's Office, Chairman of a non-profit in Colorado, and a Clinical Program Manager in Sacramento, CA.  I am currently the Deputy Court Administrator for the Boulder Municipal Court. I am a proud advocate for the rights, and fair processes for the Latino/a population in the system.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Metropolitan State University and a master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado. I am currently a Doctoral student in Educational Leadership for Educational Equity, Justice Equity, and Diverse Identities (JEDI).
