Dr. Ross Alexander has been a professor and administrator at multiple universities for over 20 years, teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in Public Administration/Policy, American Politics, Organizational Leadership, and Political Theory. An expert in online teaching and learning, he has taught online since 2004, teaching and developing dozens of graduate-level courses across multiple learning management systems. Dr. Alexander earned a Ph.D. in Political Science from Northern Illinois University, an M.P.A. from Arizona State University, and a B.A. from Beloit College. He has published numerous books, chapters, and articles in the areas of state and local governance, American national politics, public budgeting and finance, and online teaching and learning.
