Natriece Bryant is the strategic advisor at WSP, where she leads the development and implementation of strategic plans for infrastructure projects across the United States. Her work includes market analysis, regulatory assessment, transportation and urban development planning, environmental strategies and asset management. She also provides financial modeling, budget guidance and return-on-investment evaluations.
Previously, Bryant served as chief operations officer for the Denver Public Library, where she oversaw construction and redevelopment across 27 branches, vehicle fleet operations and technology programs. She was also director of the State Property Division in Colorado’s Department of Personnel and Administration, managing public-private partnership projects related to affordable housing, early childcare, mental health services and broadband expansion.
She has led statewide IT initiatives, developed technology strategies, and managed interagency communications and technology policies for the state. Her experience includes overseeing operations related to affordable housing, local government policy, property taxation and assessment appeals. She also served as chair of Colorado’s Complete Count Committee for the 2020 census.
Bryant has worked with financial institutions on regulatory implementation and is experienced in business operations across both the public and private sectors. She holds three master’s degrees in business administration, sociology and criminal justice, and a bachelor’s degree in communications.
