Why They Do It: Inside the Mind of the White-Collar Criminal

This program is presented by the University of Colorado Denver Business School's Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative on Wednesday, February 24 from 3:30 to 4:45 PM. 

Drawing from seven years of personal interaction and correspondence with nearly 50 former executives, Harvard Business School professor and author Eugene Soltes utilizes the latest research in psychology, criminology, and economics to investigate how once-celebrated executives become white-collar criminals.  Professor Soltes will also explore the challenges firms have in mitigating the risk of unethical activity within their organizations.
