Although the ballot for the 2019 elections was not as full as in recent years, the issues were nonetheless very important, and the stakes will be higher next year.

At the state level, Proposition CC proposed a major change to allow the state to keep TABOR refunds, while Proposition DD proposed legal sports betting to help water issues.

Several important school board races were on the ballot, with the future direction of Denver Public Schools and Aurora Public Schools in play.

We will discuss these results, and more, and look ahead to what they might mean for the 2020 Presidential primary, Presidential race, US Senate race and other 2020 elections in Colorado.
