PhD student Jongeun You has been awarded the John C. Buechner Public Service Scholarship ($3,250). This award honors Dr. Buechner, former president of the University of Colorado, who also served as chancellor of the University of Colorado Denver, Colorado State Representative, and Mayor of Boulder. In addition, Jongeun published an article titled “Lessons from South Korea’s Covid-19 Policy Response” in The American Review of Public Administration.
