PhD student Jongeun You has been awarded the Babbitt Dissertation Fellowship from the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy ($10,000) to support his research titled: “Merging land use and water management in the Colorado River Basin through municipal comprehensive master plans.” This fellowship program assists PhD students whose research builds on and contributes to water sustainability and resilience, particularly in the American West.
