Osei-Kojo completes PhD colloquium

On Jan. 9, PhD student Alex Osei-Kojo (second from left) presented “Understanding Institutions, Advocacy Coalitions, and Policy Change in Ghana’s Oil and Gas Subsystem” during his PhD colloquium. His committee members from SPA are Drs. Weible (Chair), Heikkila, and Crow, and Dr. Hongtao Yi from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University. Alex was also recently selected to attend the SESYNC ’s Graduate Leaders in Socio-Environmental Synthesis workshop in Annapolis, Maryland, which provided sessions and activities designed to enhance key synthesis and leadership skills and facilitate dynamic, interdisciplinary interactions and community building between a highly diverse set of 30 outstanding individuals.
