PhD student and SPA lecturer Alan Kennedy recently accepted a position as a lecturer in the public policy program at William & Mary, the alma mater for his master’s degree and JD. Also, his article, “Federalism and Its Discontents: Guns, Germs and Insurrection,” related to his dissertation, was published on Feb 28 in PA Times, the magazine for the American Society for Public Administration.
