PhD student and SPA lecturer Daniel Costie has accepted a tenure-track position in Public Administration at Eastern Oregon University. EOU is in La Grande, a small town in northeastern Oregon. Along with teaching a range of courses, he will be charged with establishing a new Master in Public Administration program.
