March First Friday with the School of Public Affairs-The Future of Higher Education for the CU System and CU Denver

| 12:00 PM - 01:00 PM

The Future of Higher Education for the CU System and CU Denver

Long before COVID-19, higher education was undergoing transformation amid decreases in state funding, shifting student demographics, flexible curricula, questions about the value of degrees and other forces.

The onset of the pandemic a year ago accelerated higher education’s transformation, with challenges (and opportunities) likely to endure beyond the pandemic. Both the University of Colorado System and CU Denver are engaged in strategic planning efforts, making this the perfect time to discuss future challenges and opportunities.

The School of Public Affairs is pleased to host a conversation with CU President Mark Kennedy and CU Denver Chancellor Michelle Marks – two nationally prominent leaders – about these issues.

This event will be recorded for those who are unable to attend.
