Jason Mollendor has served the Auraria Campus Police Department for over 16 years. He is currently a Commander that oversees the Investigations and Community Relations Division. He has also served as Vice-President of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #28, serving the State of Colorado law enforcement. Commander Mollendor is also a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police and the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators. In addition, Commander Mollendor holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Northeastern Junior College, a Bachelor of Science degree from the Metropolitan State University of Denver, and a Master of Criminal Justice degree from CU Denver School of Public Affairs.
