Canvas access has been restored for our users, but the service reliability remains uncertain. Due to recent events, Canvas has had intermittent outages which are at the discretion of the vendor and may occur during a final exam. Faculty and staff may continue to use Canvas, but we strongly advise faculty and students to prepare a contingency plan for turning in assignments and final exams in the event Canvas access becomes unavailable again.

For more than 30 years, the Rocky Mountain Leadership Program has been an intensive, residential leadership program for Colorado, national and international leaders in public service.

The Rocky Mountain Leadership Program is an intensive, retreat style, leadership program that occurs each Fall in beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado.

Built for mid- to high-level leaders in nonprofits, government, special districts, and elected officials in Colorado and across the U.S.

AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP THROUGH CONFLICT AND CHANGE
Program topics are critical for public service leaders to conquer our most pressing problems and to envision a stronger future together. Participants will explore concepts of inclusive leadership, learn ways to lead through conflict and gain fundamental perspectives and skills to help them lead during changing times.

- Emotional intelligence
Sessions include case studies, historical perspectives, cutting edge ideas and the presentation of tools to increase personal and professional effectiveness. Annual program themes evolve each year to align with current contexts and sector trends.

- Rocky is a one-week in-person program in Breckenridge, Colorado
- Held each Fall, specific dates are announced at Application opening the April prior
- Includes and Online orientation & weeklong in person program
